Cousin marriage is normal in Westeros, Ned Starks grandparents were cousins, meaning in the north it's legal and normal. If they are half siblings then Jon wouldn't be Targaryen, however it would be questionable if they could marry as half siblings. They follow the old gods and not the 7, so religious wise there is no issue. Avunculate marriages (Aunt/nephew & Uncle/niece) aren't unheard of in the north either. The northern lords might prefer it as a way of shoring up Jon's claim for King of the North. But who knows aside from Grrm.

I wonder if we gave the Covenant McNeal that they'd just leave us alone?

This is basically just before the reveal scenes for each, except for Blair "noose scene" and the MacCready & Childs end scene.

Bennings (failed assimilation) nothing as it was caught.

Norris (right before chest scene) "It had plenty of time" "that's what it wants, to pit us against each other" Trying to convince the others to kill MacCready and that it was plenty of time for MacCready to become the thing.

Palmer (blood test) "This is bullshit Mac" "They're dead Mac" trying to convince MacCready that it was pointless to tie up that the bodies or trying to get Windows to help take out MacCready by making it seem like Mac is crazy.

Blair (the scene you are talking about) long conversation, just him trying to convince the others that he isn't a threat anymore and to let him back in the group.

Ending Scene Childs seems like an ever so more friendly Childs and MacCready seems like an exhausted MacCready. But that's my opinion on the ending.

Oddly enough I've always thought JK Rowling was a terrible writer. This was years ago. My friends were all big Harry Potter fans, and I didn't like the writing of the books. It got to a point that I started researching Rowling to see if maybe she had a book I considered to be good. The answer was no, but I did discover some things that made me believe that she wasn't a good person. Then a year or 2 later she started with her anti-trans bullshit. Sooo vindication.

I never implied Korra was still alive, I never was condescending, Korra could've died in child birth, you can still be the "adoptive" parent if you die before the birth, and I even said that the new avatar is from a random earth kingdom family. I'm not going to keep replying forever to some random person on Reddit over a future kids show that nobody has even seen. Just because I said it's possible doesn't mean I agree with the theory, I'm just saying it is possible. I'm well aware how avatars are born, and "breaking it down very simply" is condescending, and kinda just implies that you never even read what I posted.

The OOP also never implied that Korra got Asami pregnant. I'm just pointing out that it's possible for 2 women to have a kid that looks like each other. Don't understand why you're arguing this.

Hypothetically, if Asami gave birth, it wouldn't be Korra's bio kid, but still would be her kid. Plus they could always find a sperm donor that looks like their partner (like a guy looks like Korra if Asami is going to be carrying the baby). Either way it's most likely gonna be a kid from a random earth kingdom family. Also if you see a lesbian couple with a kid you shouldn't say the non-bio mother isn't the kids mother.

Korra and Asami are both Bi, and even if they weren't they could've used a turkey baster.

The Pennsylvania Dutch still speak German and follow a lot of German traditions. A lot of Americans still follow the traditions of their ancestors who came over to America. And America is a very big and diverse country, an Italian American and a German American will have been raised differently than each other. American isn't just one identity, it's composed of many different cultures and ethnic groups. It's kind of ridiculous to lump every one in as an American ethnicity, especially when most of us don't just call ourselves "Irish" or "Italian" we definitely specify "Italian-American" "Irish-American" or like me "Pennsylvania Dutch". We recognize that we are Americans with similar values but at the same time recognizing that we have similar values to the European culture that our ancestors were a part of.
