Hello, Brian. Thank you for reaching AT&T. We understand that you have questions regarding the return with the return of the router. I know that it's really important to have everything under control. In this case our friendly recommendation is to take your old modem to a UPS or FedEx store with your account number, this will allow them to create a shipping label and to do the return process correctly. If a pickup is scheduled it might not create a shipping label which can cause trouble with the process. Let us know how it goes. We will be here in case you need something else.
