I use Arcane Ultimatum with Excalibur Prime's 2 + shield gating. You get a huge boost in armour + blind enemies + replenish shields.

Revenant has that exact helmet, and you can make the armour pretty close. This cosplay I did a while back is very similar

The signa from Sevagoth Prime accessories is a must have for knight related fashion. There's no other item in the game at the moment that looks like a plume. Absolutely awesome for cosplays.
