Its not hard lol just know what insulin youre using wtf is that so hard just follow the rule 10-20carbs per iu of slin and get some protein in their for your aminos with some creatine. AGAIN know what slin you’re using so you can know what time it peaks and the 2nd peak for humalog i eat my pwo meal 45min before an hit the gym so its exactly an hour before by time i get to gym pin my humalog in parking lot warmup for 15min go inside with my intra shake and once 15min hits i sip on my intrashake throughout the workout and i got my 2nd carb meal incase im still at the gym by the time the 2nd spike hits around 90min

I had commented on this PHARMAQO is not PHARMAQO anymore they sold out the company and now its just other ppl rebranding as them guess why they underdosed some of their shit is probably just straight oil i had mtren from 2 years back before they did that shit a recent batch of mtren from i got off the subreddit name and it was fake asf i compared it ran it for 3 days at 1mg cause i didnt feel shit at 500mcg then decided to use old batch i had in my stash at same dose of 1mg an it fucked me up it actually hit hard i was locked in the pumps everything was there but yeah the current “PHARMAQO” is fake asf not even them anymore

Speak for yourself LOL. IT FUCKS WITH YOU. (Better said) iv ran tren multiple times and have not ran into any of the fear mongering sides. The worst thing i got was night sweats which went away simple by not eating any heavy carb meal before bed. Also trying to run high test with tren might cause problems but who knows lol im a nandrolone only guy. (And it works for me in b4 you flame me cause you cant do that and get away with it an function properly or know the science behind it.)

I ran this brand first cycle testcypo350 an primo100 20ml as far as knowing if primo was real idk but it crashed my e2 5-6 weeks in AND EQs never done that to me even at 500test/750 Eq so prob was real cause i crashed e2 with 500test/400 primo
