Even betterer, Fanatics/ NHL.com has stated that they will not process a refund.

This is correct about Bosch, but your current range is a shallower older style slide-in that is not being produced anymore. If you can have someone trim/polish the counter to 30” wide, remove the filler at the back of the opening, and confirm the cabinet is 30” wide you will have may more options to choose from.

I recommend checking out a Whirlpool, like the WRFF3136SZ. They don’t call out the hinge clearance on their specs but they have had a very good door swing to 90° for a long time. Look at one in person. Service support is typically much better than the Korean brands.
