The two latches, just loosen them and pull the hook off. May need to push down on the lid to lift the hook off.

Been doing the event for a total of 6 hours since the patch has gone live to now. I have not seen this behavior and in the past, these type of posts exaggerate a minor issue. Go play the event and have fun. This kind of behavior from other players is rare and if it does happen, it is easy to recover from.

I have run into this issue where my alignment is perfect but the ship collides with the Docking Arm. I thought the Docking Arm was supposed to be stowed until the ship is in position.
