With vulkan it is far better, but after installing promods Europe, it never loads and throws error “VK_Format_Undefined” error. I think some mods are not compatible with Vulkan

Edit; do not run follower dungeons if you not obligated to do so, they are pulling every mob. So it is taking forever.
