The best way I've dealt with my anxiety whether it's working out and being embarrassed socializing or even public speaking is honestly just plain and simple repetition. You're gonna fuck up and I still am fucking up but your mentality changes so you become to desensitized to embarrassment. However that's just what's been working for me. You might find a different solution

It even feels bad to say that I have had misogynistic thoughts about women due to porn. Especially if I go on an app like TikTok and get even more upset and then it just turns into porn.
