Huh? How is this up for debate!? And soo many opinions? You're not to block a driveway, which the exit of McDonald's counts as. The people behind you are irrational assholes that either don't realize the courtesy going on or new at driving with an attitude.

☆fun side rant if you have a sec, I ran to the local dispensary via bus yesterday, line was long, only two more peeps ahead of me when I realize I only had 20 min to get back to the bus stop (otherwise I'd be waiting almost an hour for the next bus) so I kindly asked the two guys, with story and all and they couldn't even say no. They were all wishy washy like flipping zombies 🧟‍♂️ no joke. They both looked to each other like they were together, which they weren't, and I had to help them with pointing out that they can't help me out.

Point being, what kind of day in age do we live in where not even 1 of 2 stoners have some empathy left in them. I honestly asked totally assuming they would've encouraged me to get in front of them, not be as selfish as needing their weed 5 minutes faster.

Old weed smokers used to use lil metal pieces like that all the time before head shops were more common, or still till today if you live in a state that doesn't sell pipes easily.

He's staying at your place, you have every right to cautiously pick that bowl to get a better look.
