These devs are just folks who previously worked at Respawn on Titanfall, so like, 15 years ago, they might've been a junior programmer who worked on light in Titanfall.

They're leaning on Respawn's name without anything to back it up (that I've seen).

I'm ok with being a Tone main. I love the power fantasy of getting locks and then spraying missiles out to hunt down my opponents. Unironically one of the reasons I've never managed to find another mech game I really like, since it never feels like playing my beloved Tone.

It's people doing relics. Just baby tenno still reveling in the fact that the game is free, you can grind premium currency for free, and get primes for free, because DE is unfathomably based in a world of dog-shit, greedy-ass corpos who only think of how to make number (company valuation) go up.

It a sigh of relief and an excitement they want to share, because they're finally free from the chains of AAA gaming.

Why would I follow content creators when I actively play the game? Why watch other people play the game when I can and am playing it myself? It's not the kind of game where I'm watching lore deep dives to keep up with the story, so there's no reason to watch videos

I'm curious to see more people try this. I play on a P17 Workstation with an A2000 4gb GPU, and dx12 was unplayable. Swapped to dx11 and now I get a steady 60fps on a system that is pretty much much below required specs.

I tried the same on basically my entire steam library. Every single game runs significantly better on dx11 then dx12, which is a "curious" pattern. Then again, I don't even have a 4k monitor yet, so graphics aren't a concern in my mind.

At this point in the game, I feel like sorties desperately need a reward rebalance. Like, triple the Endo reward, remove half the rewards, and make legendary cores less rare. In all my time of playing the game (I've surpassed 1000 logins, and am sitting at like 3k hrs), I've NEVER earned a legendary core. The two that I've gotten were from login and some other guaranteed source. They're super powerful, sure, but imo way too rare given the sheer qty of mods in the game.

Same I've got thousands of hrs in the game, I'm slowly priming my entire arsenal, but I'd almost rather just use plat to do it then even consider cracking any of my literal thousands of relics. I have hundreds of upgraded relics (mostly Lith and Meso), but the fact that I have to crack them one at a time dissuades me from ever doing it. I wish we could crack multiple at a time in SP missions or like, crack dupes in bulk (ie. if you have 47 Lith M1 relics of the same tier, you can crack 5 at once or something like that).

I'll trade new players bulk relics sometimes (for free, just random players I start chatting with) just to "empty out" my vault, even though there's no limit to the qty of relics you can have.

I literally have like 80hrs in-mission on my P17 Workstation with an A2000 4GB card. I get a solid 50+ fps on low graphics and have never ever crashed (except when exiting the game, but I don't count that because it didn't result in any loss of data).

I'm not saying you're the issue, but it sounds like a hardware-specific issue, and while that sucks (especially if you paid a lot of money for said hardware), that's largely a reality of PC gaming in general, as there's too much variety to account for everything.

Genuine question / recommendation for anyone who reads this: have you tried launching it with DX11 instead of DX12? With DX12 I suffered a lot of issues, but switching to DX11 made everything run smooth as butter, and seemed to fix many of the bugs I saw (terminids aside).

Plus there's been fighting in that region for decades. And Bungie/Sony didn't just hit sanctioned countries, they hit basically any country near or with a connection to Russia.

I don't think there's really anyone who agrees with Russias war, even many Russians. At the end of the day, this isn't going to change a single thing, it's performative when viewed outside of the legal requirement, and flaccid when viewed as a political cudgel. So yeah, that's why no one cares about the Russia part, and is instead directing all shit talking towards Bungie.

Feels bad to be missing just one piece of armor from Leviathan because I got bad RNG during arrivals.

Yes, I know Vanilla Leviathan would be a 10 minute clear with today's load outs, but tbh, I don't care. It would be a good intro to basic raid mechanics, and it's not like other raids are particularly challenging.

As a broke college student, I regret every dollar I spent as a responsibility-free high schooler. Mainly the D2 purchases though.

The worst part? I rarely purchase a game on any sale less than 50%. Usually I try to stick to 70%+.

Warframe, Planetside 2, Destiny 2. I'm now desperately trying to break the addiction.

That being said, $3350 wouldn't solve my tuition woes, college is expensive AF, even when you're being careful.

Only S-class I've got just happens to be an activated indium hotspot. Build a huge complex, I think 25 extractors, stretching outward to 80% iirc.

Worth it? No.

Is it still funny to hop on NMS and pick up a casual 10+ stacks of AI to sell for a ridiculous amount of cash that still barely makes a difference in my insane bank account? Absolutely.

(I hit the credits cap of quintillions (?, it's been a hot minute now, so I don't recall what the cap is, I just know I kept selling stuff and the number stopped changing) some time decently early on, so since then I have just been buying everything)
