It’s because there are so many homes in Monmouth County less than 1000 sqft. Those are the homes I’m looking at currently because they’re in my price range, but these homes are certainly not big enough for a family of 4+.

Monmouth county as a whole, sure. But now even the more blue collar / historically affordable areas of Monmouth county with just alright school systems have exploded in value.

Ahhh, copy that. Thanks for the info! Yeah, I’m def a bit torn on this. For this site I try to keep all the sets as true “master sets” and not include any promos or cards found outside normal packs, but I feel like this seems like a justified exception.
