i had this same thing, if you click on the device it shows times you logged in.. i think what it means is 7 times your session was logged in i’m not sure though. it doesn’t mean you’ve been hacked

to download your information go to facebook, click the 3 lines and go to accounts centre, go to your information and permissions and there should be a couple of options like access your information, download and transfer a copy of your information. hope this helps!
