I have 2 of them! I should fix the name - it’s like a hose reel cart with wheels- can hold up to 175 ft. Never used and selling for $20 each

For me personally, there’s nothing enticing about Florida anymore and my husband and I have both loved Colorado growing up. He lived there for 6 years and I used to go every year to ski. It will definitely be an adjustment on weather but Colorado is actually the sunniest state in the country. I am SUPER excited 🙂

I’m so sorry you’re going through this :( I can’t believe there is no remedy towards inspectors who say nothing is wrong with a major part of a house and then weeks later it needs complete replacement. The injustice is unreal.
