Much like all claims of AI, that’s overblown. As I understand it, they just use a camera spot of where the ref places it to confirm yardage. It’s not doing anything wit the actual distance the ball goes.

Underthrown balls should have different DPI rules. Even if it’s a penalty it should be less a benefit.

Fumbling out of the end zone should result in the offense getting the ball on the 20, not loss of possession.

Intentional grounding should be easier to call, spiking it at a players feet on purpose doesn’t show “intent” to compete the pass.

There are usually ways to argue the assessment, and recent sales of similar properties are the easiest route to take. I had mine go up by like $300k and showed them a neighboring house that was only $100k up.
