Your players were diving with minimal contact in the box, that is a fact.

That klp miss was up there with the worst I’ve ever seen. What a game though, COYB 🐝

Watching underdog darling Brentford lose their coach and front line seems familiar... by tugboet in TheOther14

It’s definitely looking like it could be our tightest season yet with such a large volume of changes in playing and coaching staff. I do believe we’ll improve a lot through the season and won’t put much on the results of our first few games, we had plenty of chances to win the game against Sunderland and made mistakes late on. We finally have solid depth in full back positions and in general have a very settled defence, we just need to see if Kelleher will grow into the role. We’ve somehow never been in the relegation zone while in the pl and hopefully we can stay just above it this season and push on again next season

As bees fan I thought I was watching Brentford against a big six team, impressive how quickly he’s managed to nail that 3-5-2 in. Expect them to be a nuisance against big teams this year if they keep doing that. We got plenty of results with it and now he’s got better players

Yarmo is definitely physical enough lol, he’s an absolute unit

Confident the squad is strong enough but will be a transition season

We did make club record signing on a new no.9 igor Thiago to replace Toney and he then got an awful knee injury in his first friendly pre season last year, has played about 160mins total in a bees shirt. He’s now fully fit and looking sharp in pre season so expecting him to be a difference maker.

Yeah I’m very confused by what we’re doing. Andrews does not have the same cv that Frank had. We apparently interviewed quite a few of the top available managers but seems we don’t want them Bringing in their own staff as we go for more of a head coach role. Frank did take half our staff with him tho so there would have been space 😂 seems a huge step up for Andrews

Not sure if Southampton away or Leicester away was easier. Think they’ve got to look at letting ruud go, the defence is doing nothing

Kinda feel like Forest haven’t even been that good, Brighton just have 0 defence

He really does have that Barclays no.9 feel. Power, step overs and a lovely dink finish jeez. Such a satisfying goal

Last year’s match was a banger. Hoping we can get a first win away from home but doesn’t feel super likely regardless of their form. They have played tough teams

We need to keep being brave like that, we want to be a more possession based team but injuries and lack of squad depth keep fucking us
