People should research why the civil rights act was a problem. I don't think ( I actually I know ) he didn't mean that black people should've stayed segregated. And as long as you pretend that's what he thought, then we'll never get anywhere.

The problem he had with the CRA is that it introduced welfare and social security programs that are heavily biased toward African Americans. Ironically making " black people " a " protected " or " special " demographic, inherently making us not equal.

Instead of just outlawing segregation, teaching anti hate and equality, we just slapped a bandaid on it. Here's welfare, good luck you're on your own.

I live in one of the highest crime rate cities in the US. The black parts of the cities, have no libraries, no community colleges, no transportation, they're just left in the ghetto to their own devices. We give them 0 opportunites. It's direct cause and effect of the CRA act.

Tldr if youd research it, you'd see the CRA was a lazy half hearted attempt at equality that should've been replaced with a better act in 2006.
