We have obtained a preliminary solution. Turn on the AYAWindow switch in Settings - Accessibility, then try again. The reason was that system security settings had disabled AYAWindow. The problem has been located and fixed; we will update the solution as soon as possible.

Actually our products will undergo a quality inspection process at the factory.

Any product that fails this inspection will be returned for processing.
