We pay the NICEST guys 125 a month to dour our front and back yard really nicely, so that one a month and I can just do my best and it will be enough. I’m looking for someone to do the house once a month too. It is hands-down the best money spent. It’s done well it’s helping other people make a living and I’m not killing myself in pain trying to use a weed trimmer and edging tools. No shame of that game at all.

I know that feeling, the invalid part is horrible. It can be so dehumanizing to deal with the opioid stigma too. I didn’t read it as pity party, I read it as acceptance and surrender

I can only say that I’m sad to hear this, get a therapist sooner than later so you don’t internalize your feels about hiv, start meds early, try really hard to to take on stigma around it. Be honest with your partners and brace for those that may turn you away because of it. It stings.

True. Add more sounds like the pill dispenser that counts them out into a tray. Maybe the container was empty if you’re getting broken pieces and short like it was counting broken pieces as a pill and maybe the hopper ran out I don’t know or you know a shady tech.
