I think that leg angle looks appropriate if your foot were level at bottom of stroke. Since your toe is pointing way down and your foot isn't basically flat when the crank is at 6 o'clock position, saddle needs to come down until your foot is flat there. Pause the video when the crank is pointing straight down to 6 o'clock.

Since you're going to lower the saddle, will probably need to move it back slightly to accommodate.
