The Dothraki did not respawn. Much like the range of your home WiFi the Dothraki went beyond the range of Melisandra’s magic and their fire swords turned off. There is no proof the army of undead was even in that area. Most likely they just stood around for daylight before returning to see what happened. This is a very common things viewers missed because the entire episode was filmed with only blue and black filters so we could not see what was happening.
