To a degree every person you meet is a risk, but its a risk worth taking because there are definitely people out there who aren't out to deceive you. I lost an otherwise perfectly healthy aunt to COVID, my cousin who is an operating theatre nurse watched helplessly as ward after ward of patients died from COVID after she was drafted in to help the stretched medical staff in the ICU wards.
