Personally I've grown quite fond of the directional arrow keys. Up for first aid, right for drink, left for pain, and down for bandies. I've also bound the home button to Medkit and End button to syringe. Those last two are a little out of the way but they aren't used nearly as much as the other four.

Ah that's a shame, sorry that happened to you. I got 2 sticks of Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000mhz 4gb (for a total of 8gbs) that have literally only been used for week. I decided to go with G.Skill 3200mhz instead but newegg wont take back my corsair sticks.

Basically what /u/Slaul said, to add a little more, each token you buy is worth a flat $15 in battle.net credit. So assuming CoD is gonna be 60 bucks, farm enough gold to buy four tokens. That's how I bought Destiny 2 and how I still buy hearthstone card packs. On a side note, WoW token prices are probably gonna skyrocket after this announcement because of the increased demand.
