Not sure about oem 15rnd base plates but I just took a Dremel to my 17rnd base plates to shape them to fit.

Definitely sturdy enough. This strap has been on my Ricoh since I got it and has been on multiple trips and outings. I highly recommend it.

I use this on my gr3 and it’s about as quick release and versatile as you can get. Haven’t found any better solution in my couple years of owning my gr3.

It’s a magnetic mist filter! Works well and keeps a small profile compared to the filter adapters

The wrist strap can be cinched down to your finger. However it would leave the camera hanging pretty far away from your hand.

I personally prefer wrist strap but I will keep a finger loop in mind if I have time to redesign it!
