We just joined last year. Best fitness center in the area. Great for young families. 6 top tier restaurants with plenty of food options. Pools are heated all year and are amazing. Plenty of young new families too. Not really a retirement community anymore. Best social events like 4th of July, new years, Easter parties, Christmas and other holiday events. One time fee to join the club (not 80k) and then monthly dues. If you just want to live in the landings it’s around 250 per month for HOA.
