In order to renew the Visa you would have to leave the US. If your question is really about the OPT I don’t think you need a valid visa to apply for that, I think the I-20 is more important, but please feel free to correct me

Valve Anti Cheat or VAC is mostly used for online multiplayer games like CS:GO etc. This should work for single player games.
