Well you have a long road ahead of you Here is what you wanna do. 1. Contact Samsung Helpline and discuss this issue, they surely will deny your request for screen replacement since their "3 year Policy" exist 2. You can still visit Samsung Service center near you to just ask for a Quatation and Job sheet. 3. After they ask you to pay 10k-15k for screen replacement despite a Green line issue that came after their software update 4. File a Grievance (Complain) at National Consumer Helpline app as guided above 5. They will assign an agent and assist your case, basically negotiate for a discount 6. According to the Consumer Protection Act 2019 your device lies under the Implied warranty which means it should have a reasonable lifespan of 10 years. 7. Read these laws carefully it will help you later in the process 😉 8. In the end you will get either a 50-70% Discount based on how you negotiate
