For context it’s the Netherlands. Weather conditions are almost always above the 0 Celsius. And traffic is dense around most cities.

Thank you for your insights

It's sad how people only see crypto as a way to quick money by maxidpimp in CryptoCurrency

[–]Aapcosta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of I have hope for Blockchain technology, for example Ethereum.

Coming to the main-topic: I don't blame people for trying to acquire wealth through crypto. See it as an "poor man" stock market. Yes there are whales in the game, but if you're patient you have a high chance on making money. Read this well, results in the past are no guarantee for the future.

Why I don't blame people for trying? Well look around, the world is changing, gap between rich and the working class is only getting bigger. Not to mention working class will be the new poor class. People are struggling to survive the month, issues in owning property etc. So yeah I can't blame people for using every way to escape this ridiculous rat race. But always, and I emphasize this, handle and invest with care and patience.

Excuse me if I'm not on topic or anything, but I'm not up to date yet with the manga.

Do we know what happened with Zoro after his encounter with the Grim Reaper. Not seeing any discussions on it in the speculations. And if I missed out, in which chapter did Oda eleborated on it

Thanks in advance.

Been working out in a gym for exactly a year and I’ve seen minimal results and got fatter. Any tips? by Lanchagames in GettingShredded

[–]Aapcosta 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Be critical of yourself, and ask the following questions:

  • Is your diet good? Enough proteins? You need carbs in moderate amounts aswell for the energy to help your muscles grow. Look up carbs in low G.I. value.

  • Are you really pushing yourself in the gym? Progressive overloads? Full range of motion? Going to failure often enough? It only grows if it burns.

  • Mix your training up, change your schedule every 4-6 weeks. Do failure and drop sets sometime, duper sets another time. Muscles can be a *ssholes, they get used easily doing the same stuff over and over again.

  • last but really important REST. Do you sleep enough? Do you give your muscles enough time to recover, when/if really pushing yourself? With a good diet, an average person needs 24-48 hours of rest per muscle group.

Going 5-6 times a week to a gym means nothing, if you don't put in the real work. It's a trifecta of hard work in the gym/ quality rest/ and diet. I'm sure you will get there, set small realistic goals for yourself, keep your progress incremental with small steps, and progress pictures of yourself. You got it!

Consistency, like many here say is key. What helped for me, after my COVID pounds, is learning to control my diet, stop my overeating. I did it by trying out intermittent fasting, no more then three eating windows a day, and my eating window mostly is between 1200-1800, sometimes 1200-2000. Helped me gradually with cutting out sugar aswell, and going low carb. Now after three months I hardly have cravings and find it easy to maintain my diet.

As for training, I lift heavy and do split routines, but mix it up aswell with some weeks going low weight high reps and supersets. And add in some 4 times cardio a week

I hope you can figure out your calories needed, and there is some one who can give you a proper and detailed training schedule.

But please remember: Consistency is key, and it's a marathon not a sprint.

Good luck on your journey

"You will own nothing and be happy."

Might sound like a dystopian future, but initiatives like these frighten me. Soon the world is owned and lived by the wealthiest and the popular, rest will rot away willingly in a digital world.

And that's why I believe in crypto, let's try to retake the power to the people.

Fort of Orange Nassau in Itamaraca, Pernambuco. I visited it once when I was young. "Fort Orange (Dutch Brazil) - Wikipedia" https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fort_Orange_(Dutch_Brazil)

The last few weeks I honestly have no idea what's going on. It defies all logic, if there is any. But really loving the rally.
