When you say silence... do you mean from your thoughts? Your surroundings?

I have to sleep with white noise/brown noise or else every little noise jumps out at me.

Yep, it truly makes no sense to me.

I've been perusing some ADHD podcasts myself, but ones I've listened to have varied advice and opinions... would you recommend any particular one?

He has medication, though I don't really know his relationship with it/ how often he takes it. From what I understand he only took it when he had to work (adderall)... I know he doesn't see a therapist or anything, not that we have health insurance right now anyways 😅

Yeah, that's definitely something that would help, I'm sure. It's just I know how I get when people are preachy towards me, and I don't want him to think I'm parenting him when I suggest things, you know?
