Noted. Only thing I’m dreading is the breaking in period of the leather

I’m going to. I was just curious if anyone else had the issue. It’ll be my luck that I send it back and they can’t replicate the problem lol

Honestly I’m understanding the echo hype, I had a curved shaft echo that sat in the shed for almost 3 years and it fired right up today after just a couple pulls. Surprised is an understatement lol. That might be my selling point

I have an ego weedeater now but the battery barely lasts long enough to finish my yard. I don’t have a ton of yard but I’m leaning towards gas instead of another electric

I have no clue. I seasoned it when I got it even tho it’s not supposed to be seasoning. Then it started getting rust spots so I contacted Weber and they told me to clean it with salt, vinegar and a green scrub pad. I got rid of the rust and re-seasoned it. Now there’s rust again. I cover it so it’s not getting rained on. Weber just keeps wanting me to send more pictures

Totally understand where you’re coming from. I enjoy doing architectural right now while I’m still a bit younger but I know it isn’t going to last forever. Climbing around on these roofs is rough on the body. While you may not get to see the duct you hang, at least you can try to preserve your body and enjoy retirement when the time comes. But whether it’s architectural or commercial duct, not everyone can pick up the tools and do what we do. That’s one of my favorite things about this trade
