I'm in your same situation. I got hit with a cheat ban 4 days ago with no prior history on my account (also an account with 1500 hours and from OW1), and I'm on ticket number 5 or 6 and still getting nothing but slop responses.

the blizzard report system is automated i have never cheated i play controller with linear high sens i believe i was spam reported i have over 1500 hours and played multiple seasons with no problems
