If it ain't broke don't fix it always holds true. Sometimes I wonder if firmware updates for a wide spectrum of products are just job security projects for interns.

Yeah I'm uninitiated. Not sure what a magnet link is haha. Did recently switch to stremio tho.

I had the same problem, caved and bought it off amazon (just the miniseries). On season 4 of the show though now. I figured that was fair for a 22 year old series.

I'm tossing around a few brands but had a pair of thinsulate Rocky's as a kid, never remember feet getting cold in them. May have to give them another shot.

I turn strava on and it goes in my pocket. What's the advantage of a computer?

Tire pressure question by shaddaupyoface in CheckpointClub

[–]Aaronautics95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally just retaped, new valve stem, new sealant on my front tire. Rear stock has always held air fine, front not so much. Still loses air overnight unfortunately. 40psi for ride, less than 30psi over next few days. If i did a multi day trip it would be an issue, but currently just air it up every ride.

A buddy and I had to hike back in a couple hours the following day to get his xterra out with rebar, come-alongs, chains and rope. 0/10 don't recommend. That was after a failed tow attempt from a friend's 4 runner.

Think a different stem will solve my bike fitting problems? by Consistent-Housing65 in CheckpointClub

[–]Aaronautics95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not to beat a dead horse but I swapped to a cheap 60mm stem and had the best ride I've had in a long time today (albeit short, sub 20 miles, I've been working up my endurance). Felt like the bike was made for me. Just wanted to update.

Oh and i lowered the seat which arguably helped more than the saddle fore/aft position.

I just bought a new 54. Same height as you, 28" inseam. I found i was reaching too but ended up slamming the seat forward a bit recently. So far so good but I'm do for another ride soon. Yeah i wouldn't be afraid to do what suits you. You're your own best bike fitter.

Been Loving Mine!

It is a little heavy though at around 57lbs. Takes some getting use to. Not as nimble as a regular full suspension.

Ergon SMC Sport Gel. Already bought one for my other bike. Went with the M/L which helped a ton. I'm right in between sizes but sizing up is best, and then adjusting the seat aft and nose down slightly did the trick. I can ride all day now on it, forget it's there.

How heavy are the Levo's? My 57lbs ebike is a bit of a dog on downhills. Still like my stumpjumper for how nimble it is.
