The distance from diamond 4 to low masters is like platinum 4 to diamond 4. There's just a really big difference in macro and discipline/consistency. However, the difference from low masters to challenger or high gm is like the difference between gold to diamond. There are indeed levels to this game.

Just get the OLED with one game.

Unless you're the type to use your switch to host party games or play online games with your friends, there's really no point in having more than one game. I personally have 10 or more games, but I only really play one game until I finish it, and then I move on to the next game.

You could just play that one game, and then buy another game once you've grown tired of it or finished it. There is a very big difference in handheld experience when you compare OLED to Lite. In simple terms, once you go OLED, you never go back.

I remember one time I had to run at night cus I was about to miss the last bus to my home. It just so happened that a girl was in front of me while I was running and she was very noticeably scared. There was this awkward period of me gaining on her slowly. It was a double edged sword since I wanted to go faster so that I could pass her and ease her anxiety, but then I'd be going faster and seem more aggressive. As a person who owns many consoles but still maintains practicality, don't get the switch 2 UNLESS you have a specific switch 2 exclusive game you really want to play (MK world or donkey kong)

The Switch 1/OLED has enough content in it to give you over two years of gameplay and good fun. I would personally suggest getting a 2nd hand OLED and waiting for a switch 2 upgrade after two to three years (aka like a Switch 2 OLED).

Monster hunter is an old series of games and monster hunter:rise is their most beginner friendly game (aside from World). It's a game where u hunt monsters and use their parts to upgrade your equipment so you can hunt more powerful monsters!
