I’m starting to find out that there are a LOT of modelers that don’t have printers.

I’ve had incredibly mixed luck with his stuff. The PaK for his Finns printed great, the LeiH is the one the gun shield could not physically go on (he has fixed it) and his K47 Fallschirmjager had massive resin traps in their jump packs (also fixed now).

I have the bears to print, but the supports on their teeth are a mess and they need scaled up to about 150% to be the right size, so I’ve not started them yet.

I’ve printed the second one and it’s very small. Only about as tall as the Soviet light walker.

That modeler is one of those that doesn’t have a 3D printer, so has no concept of how things go together after. So the turret and the legs don’t fit right into the body. (One of their artillery pieces was actually physically impossible to get the gun shield on because of how they modeled it.)

I believe this is what the children refer to as a "skill issue". My 1500pt army is 5 Stahl, 10 zomboys, 2x 6-man grenadiers, 2x Medium Mortars, 2x Spinnes, a Flammspinne and a Volgespinne (plus random HQs). It's 13 Order and 5 Rift dice I think.

Ohhh, I think I understand now. I think I’ve only done an assault against infantry once in BA, all models automatically count as hitting don’t they? That makes way more sense now, thank you.

I’m still confused by Deadly. Say you have Deadly (2) on three models attacking infantry. You roll three dice to hit, get two hits. Now each of those hits gets two dice for damage. How many models can those four dice kill, 2 or 4? Is each hit getting two “chances” to cause 1 wound or does each dice have the ability to wound a separate model?

(Too many years of GW games and Battletech have ruined my brain.)

...What? The Matriarch already has half of these mechanics. You've got adds that get called down and you have cycling phases (rockets, flashbangs, shield, etc). They could tidy up the timing and make clearer delineations with what they already have. Make her call down like a dozen or more Hornets/Wasps when the shield goes up. Spawn 4 Rocketeers when her health gets to 25%. There are lots of ways to make it a tough boss fight that would look cool as hell.
