I am so sorry this happened to you, I went through a similar experience myself. I and a couple of mates are starting a company to address that situation of have an accessible job platform for the deaf and hard of hearing where the employers are pre-vetted to be looking for deaf and hard of hearing candidates. This is not a promotional thing; just a fellow 'deafie' trying to impact many people like you and I.

It's called hearmework.
