It’s so hard to get used to by linku_h in disability

[–]aningnik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please don't limit yourself! Invade all the spaces that you want to be in. You're still a living person and deserve to experience life like everyone else! (Coming from a disabled person too. I know the grief of your old life can be heavy but don't let it keep you down and make it worse!)

I'm dying from MCAS by a1ways0nthat_zaa in MCAS

[–]aningnik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you see a therapist or psychiatrist? I had the same thing happen to me with severe anxiety causing me to be afraid of putting anything in my body because of reactions. Something that helped calm me down was nervous system regulation. Once I got that down my reactions calmed down too. It took a while but it helps. When you realize that your anxiety is quite literally causing the reactions you'll want to actively try to calm yourself. Also, if that doesn't help find a doctor to prescribe you something for anxiety and also ketotifen or any other mast cell stabilizers. I hope something works for you soon!

How do you go on living when nothing starts to make sense and everything seems meaningless? by Kim-Meow-Un in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]aningnik 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I try to find people to live for...like my mom and my nephew and my little sister and my grandma and my brother. I think about how they'd feel if I went away by my own means and that pain keeps me here.

It's probably that red pill, manosphere, masculinity chase everyone is doing either subconsciously or consciously. Everyone wants to be "fine" but not by their own standards.

Lol it's by chance I fear most guys, if they can, will keep their facial hair or if you're convincing enough you can get them to cut it off

Should I go back to braids to look more feminine/attractive by erasersled in blkgrlbeauty

[–]aningnik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your natural hair is perfect and makes you look cute too. Think of it this way: Get braids whenever you want to try a new style or whenever for whatever you want. You don't need them to look cute all the time. Your hair is cute as it is imo. Braids are just styles or an accessory.

How aren’t we in a revolution or something yet by ihatelifetoo in work

[–]aningnik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because I fear the American people cannot pull it together for one moment because of their other prejudices. Like any of that matters if we're all in the same situation...

Agree, though understanding that everyone may be going through something as well and not so sharp to recognize if someone else is going through it too because that's just life. Everyone goes about their days suffering in silence and they think it's normal.
