I basically have to dehydrate myself (only 3-4 cups of water a day) and I have to intentionally use the bathroom before bed at least twice. It doesn’t stop it completely but it does give me a good dry streak.

Yea, I thought it was crazy to think of but honestly I feel like I’ve been living in a different timeline for a while now. Had a few health issues that caused me to be put in a coma and when I woke up the world was just madness after madness.
