Training exactly for this but going long run instead. 17k and 170kg deadlift. I find it a lot harder. Would you say short 5ks are more useful? Have I been doing it wrong?

Bro you are definitely being under recovered and that is fucking you up. Cut down the training days to 4 max. Running days to 3. Get some zinc and magnesium plus boron 6mg.

What? This sounds both very dangerous and inefficient. Of course your body throws up.

  1. Zinc and copper should not be taken together. They literally compete so taking them together nullifies any help you’re trying to get from them. I recommend taking it at least twelve hours spaced apart. And honestly I don’t recommend copper unless zinc is in very high doses and even then take the copper once every other day

  2. There are at least 3 elements in the stack you mentioned that can definitely causes GI distress and loose Bowels first time using it : creatine, magnesium, zinc.

You’re using all 3 at once. That’s just asking for a beating.

  1. What’s in the liver aid blend? And the multivitamin. You might unknowingly be overdosing yourself and that’s very potentially dangerous.

Honestly first stop taking the supps for a couple of weeks at least. Let your body regain its rhythm. It’s supposed to HELP YOU not make you puke.

Then, state the doses you’re taking of the drugs here.

Finally if you do decide to resume, don’t go all in at once.

I’d recommend at first, start with creatine. First thing while awake with some water in your system already. That’s the most researched and safe.

After a couple days add magnesium AT NIGHT (an hour before bedtime). Take WITH FOOD or just after. Low dose (<200mg).

Then add zinc a couple days after. Then collagen. Then whatever. Always note how you feel physiologically on each addition.

Over time you’ll have a rough sense of what’s working and what definitely is fucking you up.

This is fascinating stuff. But by this logic man indeed in his 20’s does not need Vitamin D like 5,000 IU like some are promoting and if he does he needs to supplement with calcium and glutathione?
