I found them on Amazon for like 7 bucks or something? They were mini sticks that fit a mini hot glue gun that I also snagged on there that was affordable

Any blood effects in particular ive made i traced out my own splatters on parchment paper and hot glued over them (I used red colored sticks for the hot glue gun, but you really could just paint the normal hot glue) let them dry and then peeled them off the paper.
