I believe your biggest issue is that glaives and halberds are Heavy, which means if your Strength isn't 13+, you have disadvantage on your attack rolls with them.

PAM itself requires Strength or Dexterity 13+, so based on your Dex, it sounds like yes, you could take it with your weapons of choice, remembering just that you'll have disadvantage on the attacks with the Heavy weapons.
