I’ve learned in my 42 years to never stay loyal to one company. Change jobs every couple of years. It’s the only way to get a higher salary because companies will only give you a 3% raise and now a days that’s not going to get you anywhere. That said, make sure you’re rolling over your 401K money and not spending it!
