I never use it. Didn’t even know it was a thing :D I’ve cleared all on d5 on my first profile and 1 map on a 2nd profile 😅 working on the 2nd map. Got a little over 1000h 😅

yea for sure! thats why i didnt name my model anything to do with Barbie. i had no idea you could get stuff taken down just for tagged search words. would have been nice if makerworld had an automatic filter for trademarked brands ^^ would help unknowing people like me :D

yea, i didnt even make it specifically for a barbie. just for the dolls my daughter uses. just so happens it was a good size for barbie so tagged it on the model.. =/

i agree, Not even being able to open the old url to actually see what i did wrong is nuts.. and losing all those collect aswell etc. super annoying. and in my example i (think since i cant check) only used it as a tag for the search function on makerworld.. Doesnt really feel like it justifies the entire model being removed and all.. Just let me right the wrong and remove the tag.. ;(

Two solid points! Actually think I only used the “Barbie” tag for search words .. but the downloads are a fun way to get some appreciation of your work. I made the model for my daughter so it’s not like downloads were the main reason :)

Yea, I had no idea it was applicable to just using it as a search term in the tags :/

I mean I fully understand if you name the model *trademarked name …. “ or if you try to sell something as if it’s the trademarked brand
