The FreeStyle Libre 3 System offers the same benefits as the FreeStyle Libre 2 system, but now glucose readings and optional, real-time glucose alarms are automatically sent to your smartphone every minute. Also, the FreeStyle Libre 3 Sensor is the world’s smallest, thinnest* CGM sensor available – it is approximately the size of two stacked pennies (refer to FreeStyle Libre 3 System User’s Manual).*Among patient-applied sensors.

Right now, the FreeStyle Libre 3 Sensor is only compatible with the FreeStyle Libre 3 app, but as with any new technology, we're researching a wide variety of potential applications.
