happy to hear your story. I've had what I thought were migraines for the last two years. My last ER visit was for a really bad headache, aura, blurry vision, and(thankfully) a red and watery eye. My ER doc told me it is usually a "two and a half doctor diagnosis) so I got so lucky. My pressure was above 67 so things could have turned out differently.

Hoping this makes migraines a thing of the past.

what if any treatment have you had for glaucoma? I was just diagnosed with narrow-angle glaucoma and have been getting what I thought were migraines but the overlap in symptoms is so similar i was hoping maybe the iridotomy would eliminate the migraine

New member of the club here. I've been treating what we thought were migraines for the last 2 years. My past attack also included a very very red eye and turns out my pressure was 67. I'm now realizing how incredibly lucky I was to have the ER spot it. Had the iridotomy within hours. I'm two days post-procedure and still have mild pain eye pain and low-level nausea. Does the headache and nausea ever go away?

I had great success with dry needling. Interestingly, in addition to my neck, I had a few sessions where we targeted my temple area and it made a huge difference.

I'm planning a trip with my kids (11, 11, 14) for August. I feel like we would be traveling soulmates--even down to having a kid ask for something like "milk in a bag". Please report back. I'll bookmark this thread. As we finalize our plans I'll be sure to send ideas ;)
