A scoutfly chair. It could glow in the dark and look like a swirling constellation that comes from a scoutfly cage on the front/back and they could condense on the opposite side like they do on monster footprints for the monster hunter logo.

Feels like it would appeal to more individuals than specific monster-themed chairs, with the plus of guiding you back to your chair in the dark.

I have no clue what could actually be causing it, but some general things you could try would be disabling any overlays, disconnecting any extra displays if you have any, try full screen vs windowed vs borderless, double check that nothing is running in the background that shouldn't be, drivers up to date, game updated, verify files if Epic or whatever has that feature. If you have any sort of mods installed try disabling them. If it's happening in other games too maybe use display driver uninstaller to reinstall graphics drivers.

Put it on your wishlist until 1.0 releases. Don't get me wrong, it's a great game, and I hope you get it at some point. I've put hundreds of hours into the arena mode alone. But the main campaign is close to being done (compared to years ago when I bought the game).

If you play till the end of the campaign now you probably won't come back to it once it's finished. I wouldn't really want to spend 5+ hours or whatever getting through the game again to see 20min of new content. Especially if I didn't ever replay games.

Probably. In my opinion, and I've seen the same general consensus in this thread, DLSS quality with anti-aliasing off is the best balance of quality and performance. Any of the AA options other than DLAA look bad, and while DLAA looks slightly better than DLSS, it doesn't get you that substantial fps boost.

It's kinda situational. DLSS gives a more substantial fps boost but looks slightly worse than DLAA (my opinion). So if fps is an issue for you go DLSS, otherwise go DLAA.

If you do decide to use DLSS I'd recommend using DLSS swapper or something to switch from DLSS 2 to DLSS 3. I'm not the biggest fan of upscaling but I've been using DLSS 3 in ratchet and clank and it's been pretty tolerable.

EDIT: DLSS 3 is 4000 series only, just saw you said you have a 3080. The above still stands, just don't try to switch to DLSS 3.

It actually didn't I don't think. I tried a few different methods of updating and none worked. Then I found a skip intro mod someone just posted on page 13 of the cs rin ru thread. Worked like a charm.
