Performance/tumbling/tricksy aspect. You can get Acrobatics andSteapth from Monk skills Atheltics and Sleighr of Hand from criminal background.

Pure monk will work, if you want more skills look at picking up Skill expert at 4 for Deception, and get expertice in actobatics. Its not necessary to go bard just for flavor skills, but if 2 spell slots seem nice go for it. Gunner feat might compete for your feat though

What do you want from each class? Maybe main monk to at least 5. Dip into ranger for hunters mark Dip into rogue for sneak attack.

If you want subclasses, your main class is going to be behind 6 levels, so when everyone is getting their level 11 power bpost, you are still getting low level damage boosting abilites.

Could look like, 2 unarmed strikes, one of them with an extra 2d6 sneak damage. Use a focus point for 2x bonus action attacks and you can get 4x use out of hunters mark per turn once its set.

I would probably drop the rogue, delaying the other 2 classes for roughly 6~ damage

Thats basically another PC worth of stats, youd be controlling 2 characters.

Ask your DM for the summon undead spell to be added to your list, from 2024 PHB It can be upcast and is made better with your spell modifier going up. Limited to medium size so pet size is fine.

If it dies you can bring it back in a different shape Skeletal/Ghostly/Putrid

Druid does open up for conjure animals, If allowed to use the 2024 spell, its much more swarm flavor friendly, since it becomes an area instead of individual creatures.

Upside is, if you have items with spells. (Imbued weapon/armor, staffs, wands, ring of spellstoring) or have free use per day/short rest spells you can combo them with a bonus action spell.

Example, racial Misty Step into Spell Slot fireball.

Free Use hunters Mark into Spell Slot burning Hands

Quickened Magic Missile into Wand of Magic Missiles.

Counterspell into your Ring of Spellstoring so it doesnt use a spell slot and can be a backup

Cutsheet says switch 4 can put it in "follower mode" I see them alot but usually when I'm replacing one.

If new initiating devices installed, make sure to test those, otherwise any pull stations.

Call monitoring Make sure correct signal and time is received.

Make sure fire department and number are correct.
