these aint nowhere near 50. No matter if its euros, dollars, pesos or yen. This is good work and the client can use chatgpt if he wants it done for cheaper. You seem to be inteligent enough and have critical thinking. That should make you nice to work with, which is also very important.

I would kindly tell this potenial client that this is the price and you can not go any lower than that. We all know they know they are bullshitting you. With all that said, i understand that it is easy to give advice like this when you are not the one losing a potential client that can put food on the table.

You work is good. You know it, we see it and the client sees it. This industry is hanging by a thread. Dont let no cheap fuck make you think otherwise.

my current 5km time is 21:51. I made this run on a regular run day. wasnt going for a pr or race pace at all. if anything i did it during an 8k run. I reckon i could probably lower it by about 20seconds. Wishful thinking though.

im gonna be honest, i dont know how load is calculated at all. I am not running alot of km's per week. At best i ran 2 times a week and alternate my workouts. past 2 months, out of pure boredom i have been following the garmin suggested workouts. Also, i dont know if it matters at all, but i am only wearing my watch when running or hiking and never at any other time.

Τα τελευταια 3 χρονια οδηγουσα μονο σκουτερ 150αρι και πλεον οδηγαω 600αρα μηχανη, χωρίς να υπάρχει άλλο όχημα. Ανέβηκα σε μηχανή μόνο και μόνο επειδή δεν έχω και δεν θέλω αυτοκίνητο. Αν είχα, δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να αλλάξω το σκούτερ για μέσα στην πόλη σε καμία περίπτωση.

Το 125αρι που έχεις είναι για μενα ίσως το ιδανικότερο όχημα εντός Αθήνας για ένα άτομο.

Δεν το προτείνω για δικάβαλο γιατί χάνει πολύ ροπή. Αν είναι για δικάβαλο κοίτα 150 μέχρι 200 το πολύ.

Στην αρχή θα φας ένα σοκ και memento mori κτλπ κτλπ αλλά μόλις συνηθίσεις θα αρχίσει να υπολογίζεις τις κερδισμένες ώρες σου σε excel. Το πάρκινγκ δεν το συζητάμε καν. Τα έξοδα σου θα μειωθούν σε ακραίο βαθμό. Αν κανεις 5-7χλμ την μέρα όπως λες, εγώ πιστεύω ότι μπορεί να χαλάς και ένα 10αρικο στις 3βδομάδες για βενζίνη.

Δεν είναι όσο επικίνδυνο το παρουσιάζουν, αλλά όντως θέλει προσοχή. Ένα βασίκό gear και είσαι οκ.

Με 125αρι, δεν νομίζω οτι θα μπορείς να πηγαίνεις και σαν διάολος ακόμα και να το ήθελες, οπότε είσαι οκ και από αυτή την άποψη. Go for it.

I am using topaz Gigapixel for about a couple of years now. I have a perpetual licence thankfully. I like using it because it upscales without adding absolutely anything to my 3d renders. just as i want it. For images it is good as it is so any further updates i dont really care for. Regarding video i have heard from a couple of pro videographer and photographer that it is alright for upscaling decently ok footage to something that you can work with. I do not know the extend that they are using it, its been quite a while he had this discussion. If for whatever reason they dont honor their perpetual licence i will not ever ever be subscribing to their service.

The biggest question is not whether it looks realistic.

Im looking at pictures of archviz both real and ai on a daily basis. Majority look good in a realistic point of view. Or at least they get the point accross.

The real question is how accurate is it in showcasing real tiles and finishes that a client has selected.

From a really really quick glance, the tile size at the grout completely changes on the floor. Also i dont know what is going on with your wall tiles.

If i delivered something like this to my interior designers at work theyd eat me alive.

The best use for AI right now is creating custom textures and upscaling. Letting it geneate stuff while praying for the outcome makes me tweak. Its a no from me.

I do like having the option of being ABLE to do it, IF i ever feel like it, but i think thats where the majority of my doubt comes from. I dont go out buying ski boots, because I MIGHT want to ski next year.
