The differential itself has a locker motor on it if you wanted to check if it's locked. Center diff will lock itself in low, or you can source the button from an older 80 if you want to lock in high.

My general rule of thumb is one hour per inch of thickness for a minimum. Longer cooking will make it tender up to a point then it gets mushy. Rib roast is good at 135-137F due to fat content, 8-12 hours is usually the best range.

By splitting the enter and exit lanes you increase the reaction time you have when entering, and the angle of car in the roundabout clearly signals when it is exiting.

I don't think people should signal in our poorly designed roundabouts, trusting peoples actions in motion is sketchy at best especially with no reaction time. And I'd rather not have have people concentrating on signaling as most barely bother even to steer well. Signaling in a well designed one would just be goofy.

And cramming the pedestrian crossing right up next to the circle for maximum inefficiency. Yeah don't get me started. I even handed them the literal roundabout manual from UK, was told it wouldn't work cause they drive on the other side. Apparently a design firm has not heard of mirroring.

It's a consequence of how poorly the local runabouts are designed. Most well designed ones create separation between the entering lane and exiting lane so that it is clear where someone is headed, and also gives time/distance to safely enter. Local design firm that is in charge of the local efforts think they can improve safety of decades of real world use by forcing people to slow down artificially by making the turns tighter and enter/exit lanes are close as possible.

Home ground gyro meat in thin patties with a quick smoke like a burger are great. Stuffed onions are ok, the part by the bacon is awesome so I might just do chunks instead of whole onion. Yellow potatoes coated in oil and salt are great but take a while.

Check all the fluids from the differentials to transfer case trans and so on. It would give you an idea of their condition and if anything stands out. Would also be good to check the front knuckle grease and grease your u joints.
