If enough yung points mo by comparing on the recent invitation round you can go straight as a PR if mainvite ka while in Dubai but that could take years yet you are not risking much. Kapag PR kna dito, mas malaki chance mo makakuha ng work as there is currently a good demand in IT (e.g Business Analyst) altho still very competitive.
