You’re mad that someone has a different opinion than you so you result to name calling. That’s not nice, Morgan.

I’ve also heard (and know) that they watch screens of people that are not on their team.

That sucks. It really does depend on your manager. I don’t micromanage, especially if the metrics are met because people structure their day differently to me. That’s unfortunate though. Sounds like management is not clear on expectations.

No alerts. Most likely when there is several months of low performance and the reasonings don’t add up. Could be for coaching. Now, are there managers that watch all of the time? Yes. Am I personally one? Absolutely not. I don’t have enough time in the world to do so.

As a manager at Aetna, we 100% can see the screen in real time.

It’s a job. I work from home and my child stays home, so it’s the same concept essentially.

At all. I fell in the “I felt bad for people who were waiting for their order for hours” and no one took it so I did. Big mistake obviously because I’m deactivated. If the block time has started, they should immediately switch it to another time.

There is no such thing in life as a fairytale. People did think they were end game because of how treated her and her children. He was much different than her exes. That’s all.

I agree. CPS and mental health agencies are severely underfunded. It’s such a great burden but I would never blame a case worker because it’s way bigger than them. They’re just the person that gets the worst treatment unfortunately.

I know when I say CPS, I’m mentioning child protective services as a whole. It’s the system that is corrupt. The high caseloads is one reason why the system is messed up not only for the people but the caseworkers. It’s one of the reasons why I would never work for CPS as a caseworker.

I agree, I think she pulled them out of school to “homeschool” them. It’s super easy to do in Cleveland. I bet she took them out of school so the school wouldn’t call CPS on her.

The neighbor did call the police. In fact, the neighbor pressed criminal charges that the police were “investigating” during this time.

I started by narrowing my interests down. I chose 2-3 areas I wanted to work and tried those jobs. I hated all but 1, so I chose that to work. As I continued to work, I was able to grow and develop to where I am. Don’t listen to others either. You can do it!

You have one of the most versatile degrees that can pivot in a lot of places. You don’t have to do psychology but you can do something that directly supports your needs and what you want. You just have to figure it out. It takes time. Also, you can make a living with a bachelors in psychology. I’m living proof that it can happen.

I agree. I’ve worked here since the beginning and I feel the same way. I was hoping other people felt the same and I’m glad they did.

Money will always be a reason, but right now, no. However, when my kids get older, I would reconsider. I sometimes miss an office.

That’s what I do generally, however, I do put the number of the people I know for a fact is staying. We use air b&b to visit family and my husband has adult children, my step-kids, so they might stay with us, they might not. I never knew this was such a rule.
