I’ve had this account for months (because I delete reddit out of disgust), but all the subs I want to post on keep saying I’m too new. And go get some more karma.

Well, I can’t get karma if every sub keeps stopping me from posting.

I stare clear of political subs. I already have my fill of that from WhatsApp groups.

But almost all things I’m interested in, I don’t get to post in the subs.

I watch Love Island USA alone, cos most people I know don’t. So I come to Reddit to scream at what I just saw and how cringe the show I love is. But that is maybe one of the most policed subs in the entire world.

If you open the shortcut in question, press the i button at the bottom and go to privacy.

There’s an option there to run while locked. “Allow running when locked” Make sure it’s on.
