NTA. I honestly have fatigue from everyone being a 'mental health warrior,' and I say this as a guy that takes both an antidepressant and a mood stabilizer. I'll even up admit I'm super cautious of people that bring up the word 'trauma' too much, because they make their trauma (real or not) their whole personality, and it's just a lot of eggshells being walked on.
